My Story
My name is Julie Harwood, and I bring a unique blend of experience in education, project management, and financial operations to the work I do today.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management and a Master’s in Education, I spent 17 years working in private schools — including 4 years as a high school Dean of Students — where I developed strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
I then spent 12 years working as a project and financial manager, gaining hands-on experience in managing budgets, tracking costs, and keeping operations running smoothly.
Throughout my career, I’ve always been the person people rely on to bring structure, solve problems, and keep things moving forward.

Today, through Harwood Business Solutions, I provide dependable, detail-driven support to small businesses who need help staying organized, managing their finances, and handling the day-to-day operations that keep everything running.
